Updated: 7 minutes ago

👶 Did you know? Hip dysplasia affects around 1-3% of newborns worldwide! 👶

Hip dysplasia is a condition where the hip socket doesn't fully cover the ball portion of the upper thigh bone. It's crucial to detect it early to prevent long-term issues like arthritis.

🔍 Signs to look for:

- Clicking sounds from the hips

- One leg appearing shorter than the other

- Limited range of motion in the hips

- Uneven skin folds on the thigh or buttocks

👩‍⚕️ Early diagnosis is key! Make sure your baby receives regular check-ups, until the age of 2.
